I'm running into 500 server errors when trying to access https://whois.toolforge.org/. API is not responsive either.

I don't know what went wrong, but I re-created python2 virtualenv and it seems to be back. I'll see if it works stably.

Unfortunately this seems to repeat. See #21 .
