add support for reading keys #12

This PR adds the ability to reading key files to see the PeerID

Also did some plumbings below;

added go mod
updated packages to remove deprecated
tested for backward compatibility
updated readme
tested all functionality
added support to read raw() keys for backward compatibillty
added support for Secp256k1 or ECDSA key types
