translation wide info #28

on the edit pages (org/pages etc) some info is for all the translations logo, active, codes etc

I think we should have a block (or something) to show where these start

eg

Title ...
Content ...
~~ Stuff following will affect all active content/translations when saved ~~
Url ...
Active ...

actually this is the one that I did visible on the org/page edit form (english) Do you think it needs better wording/styling?
