Similar to this, is it possible for members to send new resources to the administrator for consideration/ approval?

That would be a new issue and is out of scope at the moment as otherwise i will never get finished

Within this, can the lead person for a given member organisation send in resources that they want added to the resource area? e.g. pdf documents etc.?

Apologies for double comment above, my error. OK, I'll push this the other side of the completion line for now and we can talk about whether it would fit within the 12 'support days' we're billing them for after that.
