[Feature request] Add shortcut to extensionbar #231

Like most other extensions, it would be really nice to be able to access the 
Advanced REST client through a shortcut icon in the upper right section of 
Chrome.
If this is implemented - consider this a defect. I can't (in anyway) get the 
icon to appear. Restarted the extension, Chrome, the computer etc. a ton of 
times. Fiddled with all the settings and so forth - it was never there!

Windows 7, 64bit, Chrome Version 32.0.1700.76 m

This bar is for extensions and this is an app. Because of nature of the chrome 
apps it is impossible to place it over there.
