shoed-lxd has moved to https://github.com/whywaita/shoes-lxd

Reason

shoes-lxd is mainly used in my company. So we found many bugs and fixed them. The recent releases are only related shoes-lxd.

So, the release cycle of shoes-lxd is not the same as other providers.
