Latex output of 6 pages for pppauth #22

Latex output for pppauth 6 pages at a time (can be cut).

I'm not very happy with how I added latex.c and latex.h files to
autoconf/make. latexSingleCard is not currently used, but I left it as it
might be handy to change and use it in future.

I've got my branch in GIT repos (imported from svn) can be imported like this:
git clone http://thera.be/my_public/my_projects/ppp-pam.git/

Following bz2 has all my changes so far:
http://temp.thera.be/ppp-pam/ppp-pam-0.2.1.tar.bz2

Also I've got no idea how to mark this as an enhancement.
