Fair waiting for the heap based storage is empty #129

May be we can do something like that to wait for our storage to become empty. Current implementation is definitely the bug.

Guys, looks it looks like this PR failed due to inaccessibility of some test MQTT broker at 127.0.0.1:1883, isn't it? Are there troubles with CI or something?
