The Feature Database will be the main point of integrating the results of the sub-projects. In this repository we collect the primary data of the database in TEI/XML.

Add new TEI document in manannot to store taxonomy with feature categories
add textClass to each feature document with pointer to featureTaxonomy file
update ODD to require textClass element in profileDesc
