Error in save format file #125

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Read EEPROM from TX
2. Save the document as .eePe and .hex format
3. close all opened documents
4. open previously saved documents (.eePe and .hex formats)
5. compare size of models

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

both documents should be the same but the size of models in the documents are 
different. the ones in .eePe file are bigger

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I am using eePe 351 on Windows 7 Professional 64 bits with a ER9x 773 
transmitter

opening the .eePe file in companion9x the size of models are totally different 
of original and displayed in eePe when reopen the file, comparing the models in 
companion9x (the .hex file and .eePe files) the difference is the timer settings

Checked the .358 rev and the error persist.
