will not read from transmitter #144

I just installed eepe under windows 8.1 which worked out great but when i ran 
it i tried "read memory from the transmitter" it just flashes up a box and 
straight back to the basic program and did not read anything, in the end i 
worked out it was due to the settings for AVR Dude, when it installed it puts 
up an
Extra Argument "-f" which it does not know what to do with, in the end i worked 
out it should be "-F"

i just wanted to let people know as i took several hours trying to find the 
problem and hoped to prevent other people doing the same.
