Missing ini file #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. installed setup package from page
2. at closing unable to write to ini
3. ini file seemed to be missing

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
that it would work , several messages at closing unable to write to 
MidiPiano.ini

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

Created an empty file in notepad as MidiPiano.ini that seemed to have fixed it
