Add video page for co-op showcase #154

Fixes #101

The video isn't up yet, but this will allow me to test it on the review app once we upload it to mirror.csclub, hopefully tonight.

The delay on this PR was caused by poor audio quality. (While I just rebased this commit so the date says Dec. 2nd, it's originally from March.) @pbarfuss and I have been working to run it through a denoising filter to improve it.

As you can see, not very good quality, which is what lead to the delay. We tried denoising the audio and grafting it back on but that didn't seem to work (if you go to the deployed app, https://wics-site-pr-154.herokuapp.com/2015/01/coop-video/ Firefox 42 claims there is no audio stream).

Update! Audio does seem to be working in Firefox 45, leading me to believe that was a media processing bug. However, it doesn't sound too good. Tempted to just make this live with the raw audio version.

Let's just use the version with the raw audio. This is ready to be merged.
