@esedward Can you take a look at the territorial acknowledgment? Also, @fat1996 could you please have a look at the preview in Heroku? The local testing thing failed and I haven't got my updated irc and wics account yet.

The Office hours and territorial acknowledgement should be in separate PRs so that we can revert them individually if we have to. Gonna close your PR so you can fix that :)
