Upload 2017 coop panel video and add a new pelican plugin #340

@annalorimer Hi Anna, I added a new pelican plugin, but I am not sure if it works in this case. Is there any way that we could test it? I used that locally by "$ pip install pelican-youtube", but I am not sure if how it works on the server side.

@mokaixu and @esedward Any ideas?

These need two features need to be in different pull requests.

I'll look into the pelican thing.
