Please check this over for style/grammar. I'll upload the images once I get permission from all the individuals in them.

I need to actually finish the Reflections doc linked on the wiki, so I don't want to publish this until that is done :$ Hold off on a deploy for now, even if this is mergeable.

No problem! I should really get this out before this upcoming Fall term starts; will try to finish it up in the next few days.

I've made a small update in addition to making a couple stylistic fixes as suggested above.
