Cannot configure the Campaigns page #17

We don't seem to be able to edit https://womeninidentity.silkstart.com/campaigns; there is no header and the buttons are off (words not centered)

Figured out where to add header (although would like to make tweaks to text position), but buttons need work.

@fhobswid I have fixed the text display format on the Delete button but need my techie to help resolve the button display width issue for both Edit and Delete buttons (when logged in as an admin) that means the text runs off to the right.
