SilkStart should automatically send a notification to event creator confirming the creation of an event

@hlflanagan Silkstart doesn't have the option to send a notification to the event creator to confirm new event creation. This would require a custom enhancement to do this. How do you want to move forward with this one as I see it is not tagged 'long term'?

It is an enhancement request; it is not a blocker for going live.
