Improving multi-day events #34

When creating an external event, you cannot create a multi-day event that's 'all-day'. That is only an option for a one-day event. So Multi-day events have to have a start and end time.

As a bonus prize, being able to incorporate events from an .ics file and being able to subscribe to the calendar as a regular calendar feed would be valuable.
