Forum widget improvements #36

There should be a forum widget to let us link to a specific forum (e.g., a chapter forum or a specific topic)

In other words, we need functionality for multi-chapter, cross-domain widgets.

@fhobswid rumor has it that you worked with Michael on a custom widget that would support this functionality that's now in Apex. We need to follow up to make sure we understand what we have and document how it works.
