People without HTML skills will be unable to display images larger/smaller in articles and emails. Currently the image either has to be uploaded in the correct size, or edited in HTML.

I'd like there to be an option for image size display when you're selecting an image (see screenshot). I'd also like for users to be able to edit this after they have put the image in, without having to use HTML.
