Need Pricing List for Job Board #75

Describe the bug Currently if a user might want to post a job, there is no way to know that costs apply or what those costs are.

We need to clearly communicate our prices so that users don't try to post a job and THEN find out it costs more than they want. We also need to clearly explain that sponsors can post for free

What kind of user are you? Users who are not sponsors but want to understand how to post jobs

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to the Jobs Board
  2. Click on Post a Job
  3. Try to understand how that works
  4. See nothing!

Expected behavior Users should clearly be able to access price lists for job postings and information on becoming a sponsor

@pamelatech you can add your own content to the right hand column of the jobs board page. It is set in admin/settings/apps/jobs. Currently it is set to 'Fees apply to non-sponsors'. You could expend this to detail the price list.
