misc add-on #36

convenient copying of example's runtime into projects working directory
added new examples to the examples list
changed runtime shader gles output to essl to match lastest bgfx
added spirv support for upcoming vulkan support. Please note that vulkan is still not working and still work in progress.
prefer GLVND over LEGACY OpenGL if available. Please read https://cmake.org/cmake/help/v3.10/module/FindOpenGL.html for more details.

@JoshuaBrookover sorry, it looks like it's breaking on vs2017, creating a cyclic dependency for some reason. I'll close this PR and create a bunch of smaller ones instead. Hopefully this will help me pin point the issue.
