Add .vs folder ignore #71

I do not believe editor specific directories should be referenced in the common .gitignore file. Feel free to keep the change on your local .gitignore file to prevent yourself from committing the .vs directory. Also, the title of your pull request should represent the attempt to update the bgfx sub repositories.
