Forum icons need work #129

The forum icons are not looking alike. The buttons need redesign.

(by philiptruax) what do want these redesigned to? If you tel me I can whip something up. I've already got a blank page with a page curl and I could add a star for new posts or if you're looking for something more custom let me know and I can whip it up.

(by sirver) there are some buttons missing: new topic, and send PM. And the current buttons have english text; it would be nicer to have some pictograms so that the buttons become international. Everything else that could improve the design of the forum is also quite welcome.

(by timo-wingender) For But #340926 we need some nice graphics too. These are are seven images currently. All 50x10 pixels. The first hast 5 light grey stars. In the next 5 pictures the start are filled with dark yellow ones for left to right (replacing the corresponding grey stars). The last image are 5 light yellow stars.
