Wiki Pages should be easily translatable in other languages #193

Maybe like before with [de][/de] (or similar) tag. Does markup support comments? However, when a language is requested that doesn't exist, the system should REDIRECT to english (so that we do not get millions of google crawls for all languages) The sitemap.xml file should reflect WHICH site is translated in WHICH languages (also for the google bot crawling reasons).

(by franku) I wonder if we can at least provide translated pages for the Encyclopedia? The translations are already there (in game). Couldn't we use those translations also for the website?

(by gunchleoc) Yes, those could be pre-built when we export the JSON data, then we could have a language dropdown on the website with the native language names in there.
