touchscreen control (option) #813

Maemo provides builds of Widelands for mobile devices like the Nokia N900 mobile phone. They have a whole bunch of changes to optimize the Widelands control for touchscreens.

It would be cool, to integrate these changes into Widelands and make it available via an option.

I first thought about a compile time option for this feature, but giving the possibility to switch the control via an option during runtime would definitely be better - e.g. if a user plays widelands on a tablet and sometimes uses a mouse. Or if a linux distribution is used for mobile devices as well as for normal computers.

The original patch from maemo can be found at: http://repository.maemo.org/extras-devel/pool/fremantle/free/source/w/widelands/widelands_15-3.diff.gz

(by sirver) touchscreen is still desirable, but should not be an option (but auto detected).
