URL for info page is not working #32

add Exit - exits applicaiton
add About - goes to http://code.google.com/p/skylight1 (for now)
add Settings - this is a placeholder to select level, and other settings

just About and Exit for now - About needs to got http://passthedrink.net and 
Exit
needs a confirmation dialog

we don't need settings anymore because we select level in welcome view
