Multiple accounts #20

Logging into this integration with one account works perfectly. Adding a second account to get a second vehicle, not only doesn't add the second vehicle but will break the original accounts integration. Let me know if there are any specifics you need and I can share.

Can you replicate this behavior on https://github.com/widewing/ha-toyota-na/releases/tag/v2.0.0

The config entry API in HA should make this trivial. But we may be holding something wrong. At any rate several things were rewritten in the latest release and it's worth trying again before we debug further.
