[Question] Emoji Panel Background? #69

Does anyone know what CSS I have to add to get the emoji panel background dark? Right now it looks like this:

@caiceA Your theme looks great! But I don't want to lose all the customization I've done for my theme just to fix this one ugly spot... I'm looking for CSS to style this one location.
