Deleting a default resize set in upload dialog gets ignored

Describe the bug If you set 1024x768 and 768x1024 as default resize sizes. If I delete one set on upload dialog it anyway uploads and resizes to both size sets.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Editor Parameters
2. Filesystem
3. Image Editing
4. Resize Width (px) add 768 as additional width
5. Resize Height (px) add 1024 as additional width
6. Go to com_content
7. create or open an article
8. opnen Media manager
9. open upload dialog
10. choose some pics
11. delete the 768x1024 resize set with the trash bin
12. hit upload
13. see the pics uploaded as 1024x768 and 768x1024

Expected behavior In older versions it worked to delete one set and then only the set configured in the dialog was used and not all default values.
