frontend JCE 2.8.4 image insert is confusing #66

User experience of frontend JCE 2.8.4 image insert is confusing the more I've spent time with it the more I'm convinced something needs to change

If user click on the blue rectangle near file name then click insert blue button you get this alert picture

User needs once more to select an image name not the blue rectangle near file name to insert, click on the name of the image.

JCE 2.8.4 behavior is very confusig for new users, I get very angry comments that they cant insert picture and lots of these screenshots.

Is it posible to fix this in JCE 2.824 UX, couse now this standard behaviour is very confusig for new users?

I'm pretty sure to the average user this is going to be very confusing.

Is there any way to turn this blue rectangle near file name feature off?

This won't be fixed in 2.8.4 but is under review for a future update.

Do you plan to fix it in 2.8.6 ?

As I said, this under review and will be addressed in a future update. Changing a long standing method for performing a task is not a trivial matter.
