the API documentation for use_state is broken at the moment

I took a look, and it seems that this is an issue imported directly from reacton. We'll take a look at fixing the issue there.

Should be fixed by https://github.com/widgetti/reacton/commit/84d7ca050f451f2621673ca0602d5df687159517 once the release goes through!
