feat, ci: provide ipywidgets7 optional dependency in pytest-ipywidgets #590

We were already using the combination voila~=0.3.0 with ipywidgets~=7.7 on CI, but now it is also available using the optional dependency pytest-ipywidgets[ipywidgets7].

In that dependency we also restrict lxml<5.2, since newer versions cause an issue with voila 0.3.x.
