Update documentation to work on current systems
Fix eth0/ens3 inconsistency
Rewrite Readme.md for more clarity
Test with Archlinux (systemd and systemd-networkd)
Fix dhcp callback script to also restart docker on systems with systemd
Update service files to actually invoke the script (was not invoked for me when placed according to the old version of the documentation)
