Separate Out Functionality #20

Split this into several different "projects":

  1. A GEM that provided the karma reporter (could be used by webpack people).
  2. NPM/Karma plugin that uses the opal-rspec runner and reporter GEM (see above)
  3. Both a GEM and NPM package that implement the sprockets<->Karma dependency graph setup
