Option '--bladerf-fpga' is not recognized #47

Getting the following error when using the command line switch '--bladerf-fpga'.

$ sudo ./readsb --device-type=bladerf --bladerf-fpga=/usr/share/Nuand/bladeRF/adsbxA4.rbf
Error parsing the given command line parameters, check readsb --usage and readsb --help for valid parameters.
invoked by: ./readsb --device-type=bladerf --bladerf-fpga=/usr/share/Nuand/bladeRF/adsbxA4.rbf

This appears to be caused by https://github.com/wiedehopf/readsb/blob/fc50225b4c6497031bdf7473b848180fe08f8eff/help.h#L166 referencing the value 1001 instead of OptBladeFpgaDir.
