let SBS messages set squawk in first message #55

feel free to merge or close as you decide, with regards to #54

Wouldn't want that for SBS in general, only for SBS jaero because of the associated longer linger time.

So that would be a test for mm->source == SOURCE_JAERO That wouldn't break anyone and for stuff that needs to stay on the map much longer than it's current it's a sensible thing to do.
