Link to query registration details on Brazilian aircraft. #132

Hi, first I would like to thank you for the work on ADS-B software and your wiki pages, made very easy to get my receiver working on the first try. ;-)

I would like to propose a small change on the aircraft details panel. For Brazilian aircraft is very easy to query for registration details, you just need to go to the page https://sistemas.anac.gov.br/aeronaves/cons_rab_resposta.asp?textMarca=[REGISTRATION] replacing [REGISTRATION] by the registration code with the dash (eg. https://sistemas.anac.gov.br/aeronaves/cons_rab_resposta.asp?textMarca=PR-MBV).

My PR adds a link to the registration code when the flightaware links are disabled and the aircraft got a Brazilian registration.

This change was helpful to me, so I thought that this could be helpful for other user too.
