Add Chinese content based on the web page view of the tar1090

You didn't add it, you replaced the English text.

If you fancy maintaining such a thing, it can happily stay at another repository.

To be quite honest i have no interest in maintaining languages i don't personally understand. Sorry.

I'll leave the PR open so ppl who are interested can find your version.
