Resize aircraft icons with map zoom #44

As you zoom out, the aircraft's icon gets smaller, making it easier to see more of the map and resulting in less aircraft overlapping -- see live example on planefinder by using zoom out.

Already happens, there are 2 sizes.

Don't want to make them smaller though as many people filter planes and single planes become hard to see.
