Include analysis functions for NEQ and inst switching experiments

Providing analysis functions that automatically return QC plots for switching functions and facilitate to identify problematic systems

• [x] plot Crooks, Jarzynski and FEP results
• [x] plot cummulative stddev vs sample size for NEQ systems
