I replaced jupyter-notebook/cuda6.5 and jupyter-notebook/cuda7.0-cudnn3 with subtrees from the original repository, just like jupyter-notebook/ubuntu-14.04. All subtrees are now up to date with upstream/master. Also I added a Makefile for easier updates of jupyter-notebook in the future.
