Feature Request: List for Non-Ordinary Closed Days / Additional Closed Days #87

For additional closed days such as public holidays, a solution is needed to mark the location closed in the calendar. As public holidays are quite local, we suggest to implement a list of additional closed days.

This list should be maintained manually and could be a) global (used for all locations) or b) specific for locations or timeframes.

Option a) would be less flexible, but easier to maintain, whereas b) could become quite confusing.

Yeah, this "missing feature" is also causing some confusion in Dresden. We could of course just book the items on those days using a special user, but that would prevent real users from booking for several days across the "non-ordinary closing day".
