Clicking Along Track Is Inaccurate #44

Using Tinyscrollbar (jQuery) in a horizontal desktop implementation, I am finding that clicking along the track is providing jagged and inaccurate movements rather than accurately navigating the scrollbar.

Dragging the thumb or navigating via mousewheel both are accurate.

Please check lastest version I think I fixed it.
