Jplayer viewer doesn't start in IE9 #268

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Uploading an mp3
2.Trying to play it with jplayer viewer
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to hear the song, is see the player but this doesn't start. It does 
start in Firefox, and when I go to r.php/debug it starts as well ???

Thanks in advance for helping me out !

Nothing in the logs. I'll first upgrade the jplayer version to see if that 
makes any difference.

Thanks for the reply. Any news on this issue? I've downloaded the latest 
JPlayer from your download-page and uploaded it to mine; no success so far. Any 
suggestion?

would you have found the time yet? I don't want to be a boar, but i'd really 
like to implement the player asap now... Is there possibly an alternative to

I did take a look at it now, and can confirm that it does not work in IE9.

It complains about invalid url for the audio file, which does not make any 
sense. The same url works just fine when opened separately. I'll try to see if 
I can do something about this, but not sure what is there to be done if it's 
the browser causing this problem.

Once again, something does not work in IE, and no problems in every other 
browser...

And for reason why it plays on the debug url, is because the debug log contains 
the actual html shown on the viewer, and this is treated as such. So I'd have 
to encode the result to be shown as text instead.

However, this don't happen on IE9 either, does it?
