View image with permissions read and write

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Access to the system user with read and write permission
2. Click on any image.
3. The description of the image is not visible.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I do not see the description of the files when access permissions to read and 
write.
How do the user who has permission to read and write only see the description 
of the image?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.5.3

So you have given the description with admin user, and then when you log in 
with another user, the description is not shown?

Make sure you have published the folder only once, and then assigned that one 
folder to both users (ie. in admin util, choose folders list, you should not 
have same folder listed twice). Every single thing Mollify stores is related 
only to the published folder, if you publish it second time it's like another 
viewport to the same folder, different set of rights, descriptions etc.
