Search doesn't allow any action

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Search for anything
2. On the search result, clicking on the small arrow doesn't open any options.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.7.5

Please provide any additional information below.
See attached picture.
When I click on the down arrow, noting is happening, both on Firefox and Chrome.
When accessing directly to the file - it's works well.

Additionally, a request, can you convert the location to a link so it will get 
you directly to where the file is?
