After Installation

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unzipped, installed, configured and login as admin
2. created folder
3. upload file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the upload complete but it runs, and runs, and runs. Without any 
success.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.8.9.3

Please provide any additional information below.
If I reload mollify and look what files are in the selected folder, the file 
i've uploaded is there, but with 0 bytes. If I try to download it, nothing 
happens. If I try to delete or rename the file, there comes the error: Server 
returned invalid response. If I try to delete the folder, nothing happen on 
clicking the OK button.

First of all, PHP error log should be inspected on this kind of errors. 
Propably configuration error.
