Registration plugin automatic user folder creation don't use 
"convert_filenames" system setting.

When I use ex. convert_filenames = CP1250 all filenames, and folders that 
created with Mollify UI was correct.
But folder names that created registration plugin was utf-8 encoded.

Mollify version: 1.9.8.2

Mollify administration don't support "convert_filenames" options too.
When manually create user home folder, different than UFT-8 encoding, then 
login not working.

Finally: Mollify only support UTF-8 encoded user home folder names.
